Make a Les Cheneaux memory! Instructor Bim Willow will teach the basics of building with natural materials. Many of the designs offered are historical Americana. Completed projects will be ready to take home within the times estimated which are based on NO prior building experience! Students are required to bring a hammer (8 oz is best for willow working & 6 oz to build frame), and a pair of pruners. A limited supply of loppers and wire cutters will be available, bring them if you have them. If you have your own pair of safety glasses, please bring them.
This class takes place on Friday, July 29th and Saturday, July 30th. Each day is split into two sessions, depending on which item you are making. Morning session is 9 AM to Noon, and the afternoon session is 1-6 PM. Maximum 30 students in the morning sessions and 20 in the afternoon sessions.
All projects must be booked and paid for in advance, no later than three days prior to the class so that the appropriate materials can be collected. No cancellations or refunds three days prior to the class.
