Rental fee includes the indoor-use only of the following equipment:
- Twenty 60″ round tables (seating 8 to 10)
- Twenty 6′ rectangular tables (for buffet or seating 6 to 8)
- Eight high-top cocktail tables
- Up to 150 quality padded folding chairs

There is no rental fee for non-profit (501(c)(3) organization events or classes.
Set up + Tear Down
The renter is responsible for arranging the setup and taking down all tables and chairs. Table linens are not included.
The kitchen is minimally equipped; your caterer will have to provide everything needed, including linens and dishes/utensils. A residential-size refrigerator/freezer and range are available.
The parking lot holds approximately 30-40 vehicles. All parking arrangements must be discussed with the Administrator or designee.
The building has two restrooms: a men’s (handicapped unisex) and women’s restroom. Portable toilets are required for events with an attendance of 150 or more.
A non-refundable rental deposit of 50% is required at the time the signed Rental Agreement is submitted. If the rental is not approved, the rental deposit will be returned. The balance will be paid 30 days before event. There will be a 25% refund if cancelled 30 days or more prior to the event. The date will not be guaranteed until the signed rental agreement and deposit are received by HSH.
*Special consideration will be given for COVID-19 related cancellations. COVID-19 guidelines are to be strictly followed according to State and Federal mandates, especially regarding the number of people that are allowed inside and outside.
The User is responsible for any damage incurred and all clean-up, completely returning the facility to its original state. To cover damage or cleaning costs, a $200 damage deposit will be held by a credit card until after the event. Costs for any damages over $200 will be collected from the user.
