Foraging for Wild Mushrooms

Let’s take a walk in the woods with avid mushroom guide James Watterworth to learn about Michigan’s native wild mushrooms!

In this workshop, you will learn how to forage Michigan’s favorite edible fungi. Examples will be available for a hands on experience in learning how to identify their key characteristics. Participants may also bring samples for identification and additional information.
